Delivery & Returns

 

DELIVERY:

All our items are carefully packed and protected.

All UK small item orders are sent via Royal Mail’s ‘Recorded signed for’,  ‘Special Delivery’ or a similar reputable service. Your items will generally arrive within 1 to 7 business days, within the UK, pending which delivery method you choose at checkout. Orders sent will need to be signed for upon arrival.

Large or fragile items will  be sent by special courier at cost. PLEASE CONTACT US ON THESE ITEMS.

All payments, whether credit or debit card, bank account or Paypal account funded, are processed by Paypal and payment is taken at the moment of order. You will then receive a Notification Of Dispatch email as soon as your order is on it’s way – we endeavor to send all orders out within 2 working days, as every item is hand picked, checked, packed and wrapped to ensure it reaches you in good condition. During busy times (such as the Christmas period) this may not always be possible, so do allow seven working days in total. Contact us if it’s urgent!

Please keep your Paypal confirmation or our Dispatch Notification email safe as these act as your receipt. In order to reduce paper, we do not include a receipt with your order unless requested.

Please be aware that we are only responsible for the delivery of your order until it has been confirmed as delivered by Royal Mail (all packages are Tracked within the UK). Please bear this in mind if having your order sent to a work address – once it’s entered into your internal mail system, responsibility for it’s security/ delivery passes to the buyer.

Although every effort is made to make sure you receive your order on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners.

PLEASE NOTE: Items returned to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect or partial addresses, or items not collected from the depot, will require additional payment to reship.

 

GIFT WRAPPING:

All smaller items come gift wrapped as standard. They come carefully wrapped with a short description of the piece included in the packaging. If requested a label can be tied on the outside of the box for you to write your own personal message, or if the item is to be sent directly to the recipient of the gift, we can write a message for you.

 

REFUNDS: 

We will exchange or refund any item you are not happy with as long as the goods are returned in original condition and well packed, within seven days of receipt. When you have returned the item we will refund you the original cost of your order excluding the delivery charge.

Unfortunately we can not refund the delivery charge or the cost of your returning the item to us unless the item is delivered to you damaged.
When returning an item to us, please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for returning them.
When you return an item please ask for proof of postage from your post office. We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back.
Please contact us directly, to return your order, within seven days of receipt. If we do not received such notification, you will be deemed to have accepted the Goods. After acceptance, you shall not be entitled to return Goods.
