A quality pair of Victorian Negretti and Zambra binoculars. The binoculars made from brass, have a patinated black finish to the brass that has worn away over the years.
The mark of NEGRETTI & ZAMBRA -OPTICIANS TO THE QUEEN appears around the rim of one of the eye pieces and 'ADJUSTED IN LONDON' around the other.
In excellent working order with good vision and clarity with the optics and extending mechanics in excellent working condition. They include shades that can be pulled out to reduce glare in sunny conditions.
