A Royal Naval WW1 (early 1920s) Waterproof White Tropical Service Pith Helmet in its original Japanned tin case. This impressive hat belonged to H.E. Bulless. of the Royal Navy.
It has a white cotton six panelled crown, pointed peak and square rear brim all with leather edging. White linen multi folded pagri band with dark blue top fold. Green cotton under brim and cream crown lining with tailors label 'Equator Brand'. Brown leather and red silk sweatband. Brown leather chinstrap. Some stains and minor wear.

CONDITION: Good, although there are stains to the cloth.
