A beautiful French architectural piece that would have taken pride of place under an impressive window. These pieces of cast ironwork were secured into building's stone work creating a small decorative balconettes.
This design has winding holly sprigs and berries with a central motif, again with holly berries and leaves. The ends have fixing points (one is missing) so it could still be fitted into brickwork, either below a window or it could be used as a decorative arch within a doorway.
COMPOSITION: Cast Iron
DIMENSIONS: Decorative Section (W) 90cm (H) 23.5cm Anchor Bar Lengths 6cm - 9cm
CONDITION: Good. One of the fixing points is missing.
