This is one happy colourful little Noddy and why not? At 62 years old he's looking pretty good for his age!
Made of a soft vinyl with colour that's as pretty much as fresh as the day it was bought for some lucky little kiddie. He has a head that can turn and a little brass bell tied to his blue hat.
