A true surviver this. A loved wooden vessel that has been very well looked after over the years. Hand made from oak, steel and brass. It has 3 steel handmade bands with handmade nails and crude squarish brass washers holding together the oak slats. The slats themselves have scribed decoration with a star motif carved on the front. The top steel band has a handmade ring that makes it easy to hang from a hook. It has metal strapping to the base.
A beautiful item that has a wonderful warm colour and would look lovely hanging in a rustic kitchen.
