Edwardian Marbled Glass Light
Edwardian marbled glass light, known as a hanging bowl or 'flycatcher' lampshade, in white satin glass with soft brown veining. The glass is moulded in two layers, with a satin finish both inside and out. It has a lovely Edwardian shape, with neo-classical detailing in relief on the surface. There are 3 original hanging hooks, attached securely to the fitting, which allow for easy fitting. You can attach chains or cord to the hooks and hang from the ceiling, a hanging bulb simply drops into it, so no wiring! We often see plain bowsl, but this shape is just stunning, and when lit, emits a soft ambient glow...

FAULTS: Surface scratches as you would expect from a used piece but nothing that would show when hung from a ceiling.
