Vintage Pepys illustrated card game from the 1940's -
One player takes on the role of Customs Agent while the other players are travellers who truthfully or falsely declare items in their luggage. If the Customs Agent believes them, they simply pay a duty fee and then the next player repeats the process, so basically you are trying to smuggle contraband through customs!!!
